ZHONGSHE announced that Wuxi Juhang will, within 6 months starting from April 10, 2025, cumulatively increase its holdings of the company by 2.1919 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.4036% of the company's total share capital, with an expenditure of 25.0005 million yuan. This increase plan has been completed; after the increase, its holdings will be 15.6106 million shares, accounting for 9.9967%
