Boss Soft announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Hang, has extended the pledge of part of the shares he holds in the company. The total number of shares involved in this pledge extension is 21.4846 million shares, accounting for 16.99% of his held shares and 2.83% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the pledge extension is to repay loans and supplement the pledge. The pledge extension period is until October 27, 2026.
