NEW JCM: Shijiazhuang Hengyang becomes a related party of the company

NEW JCM announced that the company received a "Notice of Debt Assignment" jointly issued by Shenzhen Junfeng Huayi Emerging Industry Investment Partnership and Shijiazhuang Hengyang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Junfeng Huayi has assigned its remaining debt owed by the company to Shijiazhuang Hengyang. Shijiazhuang Hengyang is a holding company of Ms. Wang Xiaose, one of the concerted actions of the company's actual controller. According to relevant regulations, Shijiazhuang Hengyang is a related party of the company, and the above debt assignment passively forms a related transaction. This debt assignment does not involve the company signing relevant agreements with other parties, and the company will need to fulfill its outstanding repayment obligations to Shijiazhuang Hengyang in the future
