Dark Horse sues the Laoshangu District Science and Technology Innovation Committee, with the amount in question exceeding 23.71 million yuan

Dark Horse Technology Group Co., Ltd. recently announced that the People's Court of Laoshan District, Qingdao City has accepted its lawsuit against the Laoshan District Science and Technology Innovation Committee for a contract dispute, which has not yet officially opened. In September 2019, both parties signed a cooperation agreement, and the defendant, in addition to paying part of the fees, failed to make payments as agreed. Dark Horse requests the court to order the defendant to pay annual operating expenses, completed operating target fees, and overdue payment capital occupation losses, totaling 23,711,178.08 yuan. As of the announcement date, the company and its holding subsidiaries have other undisclosed litigation and arbitration involving 6,271,450.81 yuan.
