MINDTELL TECH has completed the acquisition of all equity of Henan Lixuan Network Technology, and the target company will become its wholly-owned subsidiary, with financial performance consolidated into the group's accounts
According to the announcement from MINDTELL TECH (08611), it has released information regarding the acquisition of all equity of Henan Lixuan Network Technology. All conditions precedent of the sale agreement have been met, and completion has been implemented on October 10, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale agreement. Upon completion, the target company will become a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (or, if the buyer requests, the seller will transfer all equity to the company's subsidiary according to the terms of the sale agreement, it will be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the group's accounts
