INT MEDICAL invested 283 million yuan to acquire 14.42% of BRONCUS-B
INT MEDICAL (01501.HK) announced the subscription of a total of 91.0936 million new shares of BRONCUS (02216.HK) at a total price of HKD 283.3 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 3.11 per share, representing a premium of 1.3% over BRONCUS's closing price on the last trading day (10). Upon completion, the company will hold 14.42% of BRONCUS's equity (excluding treasury shares)
