According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guangzhou Comprehensive Smart Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Hong Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 48 million yuan. The business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with its own funds; wind power generation technology services; centralized fast charging stations; sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Guangzhou Development New Energy Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Development
