The new agreement will replace the distribution agreement and service level agreement signed in 2014. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Changrong Co., Ltd. (300195.SZ) announced that the company intends to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG (referred to as "Heidelberg") to reach an agreement on the company's sale of products to Heidelberg and to provide technical services for the sold products. After the agreement is signed, the previously signed "2014 Distribution Agreement," "Service Level Agreement," and subsequent corresponding series of supplementary agreements will be replaced.
It is reported that Heidelberg is a supplier of printing equipment, providing printing equipment and services, printing consumables, and related technical solutions for the global printing industry. Heidelberg is the company's agent and an important strategic partner in overseas markets.
