Hongdou Industrial plans to acquire the online business asset group of Hongdou Home
Hongdou Industrial plans to purchase the divested online business asset group of Wuxi Hongdou Homewear Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries for a transaction price of 485 million yuan, based on an assessed value of 493.39 million yuan, plus unpaid related payables of 31.1157 million yuan, minus uncollected related receivables of 39.7375 million yuan
According to the announcement from Hongdou Industrial (600400.SH), the company plans to purchase the online business asset group of the stripped-down Hongdou Home series products (hereinafter referred to as "Hongdou Home Online Business Asset Group") from its related party Wuxi Hongdou Home Clothing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongdou Home") and its subsidiary, Wuxi Hongbei Clothing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongbei Clothing"). The transaction price is based on the assessed value of 493.39 million yuan, adding back the unpaid related payables balance of 31.1157 million yuan related to the Hongdou Home online business as of the assessment reference date, and deducting the unpaid related receivables balance of 39.7375 million yuan related to the Hongdou Home online business as of the assessment reference date, resulting in an actual transaction price of 485 million yuan
