SHREG: Termination of the acquisition of 100% equity in Zhuzhou Ruise Environmental Technology Co., Ltd
SHREG announced that the company held a board meeting on November 14, 2024, and approved the proposal to acquire 100% equity of Zhuzhou Ruisaier Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., with a transaction price of RMB 20.191 million. Due to the failure to meet the transaction prerequisites stipulated in the original agreement, the company has decided to terminate this acquisition. This termination will not adversely affect the company's existing operating performance and financial condition
