GUAO TECHNOLOGY: New major lawsuit of 61.4093 million yuan added

GUAO TECHNOLOGY announced that the company has added a significant lawsuit, with the amount in question being 61.4093 million yuan. The plaintiff is GUAO TECHNOLOGY, and the defendants include Dongfang Gaosheng Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mu Yu Enterprise Management Center, Hu Chongchong, and He Jianghua. The case was initiated due to a dispute over equity transfer, with the plaintiff demanding the defendants to pay performance compensation based on the performance betting clause in the equity transfer agreement. The defendants are required to complete the payment by May 14, 2025, but have not yet made the payment. The plaintiff has filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Putuo District, Shanghai, and the case has been accepted but has not yet officially gone to trial
