On October 16th, BYHEALTH issued a statement regarding the "employee complaint of workplace bullying" related to its subsidiary Guangzhou Maiyou. After a comprehensive investigation, the relevant situation is as follows: Guangzhou Maiyou has initiated a special investigation into the complaint of workplace bullying by Yang. Through interviews with the parties involved and team colleagues, as well as reviewing work records, the facts have been clarified, and no evidence of repeated targeted or malicious treatment by the complainant has been found, making it impossible to classify it as workplace bullying. To ensure the investigation is objective and fair, the local trade union and labor inspection team have also intervened and completed inquiries and investigations
