BO YUAN: The subsequent commercialization process of lithium iodide still requires customer validation, and there is still uncertainty in forming large-scale market sales
BO YUAN released a notice of unusual movements, stating that on October 15, 2025, the company disclosed the "Announcement on Signing a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Easpring." The two parties will focus on diversified cooperation around the sulfide solid electrolyte system through resource integration, industrial synergy, technological innovation, and capital fusion, jointly accelerating the industrial application and market development of high-performance solid electrolytes, and comprehensively enhancing both parties' core competitiveness and market first-mover advantage in the key material supply chain of solid-state batteries. As of now, the company has completed the independent research and development and process stabilization of high-purity lithium iodide. The company's 4,000 tons/year inorganic iodide production project is expected to be completed and enter trial production by the end of 2025. Once the project is fully operational, it will have an annual production capacity of 300 tons of lithium iodide. The subsequent commercialization process still requires customer validation, and there remains uncertainty regarding the formation of large-scale market sales
