JiangSu Suyan Jingshen announced that on October 16, 2025, it received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by JiangSu Suyan Jingshen Co., Ltd. for listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the fundraising prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company and has decided to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. This issuance of A-shares is subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the decision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration before it can be implemented.
