DZT announced that the company, together with Volkswagen Juding Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and others, jointly invested to establish Ma'anshan Zhongsong Jingchuang Venture Capital Partnership, with a total subscribed capital of 150 million yuan. The company, as a limited partner, subscribed to a capital contribution of 50 million yuan, accounting for 33.3333% of the total. The fund's investment scope includes industries such as semiconductors, automotive electronics, and intelligent manufacturing
