PCI-TGCL has reached a strategic cooperation with Wenzhou, focusing on the industrial characteristics of Wenzhou and leveraging PCI-TGCL's technological advantages in artificial intelligence, intelligent transportation, transportation HarmonyOS, and industrial digital transformation. The cooperation will emphasize three major directions: including the joint construction of a HarmonyOS adaptation application system, participation in the construction of the data element industry, accelerating the aggregation and asset operation of data in government affairs, transportation, and economic fields, promoting the intelligent transformation of industries, assisting Wenzhou's manufacturing industry in "intelligent transformation and digital upgrading," and strengthening the local industrial ecological competitiveness through industrial chain integration and talent cultivation
