VC HOLDINGS (00821.HK) announced the results of its rights issue, receiving valid acceptances and applications for a total of 48.7849 million shares, equivalent to 9.86% of the total offering. The total amount raised is HKD 21.95 million. The remaining 445 million unsubscribed shares will be placed according to the agreement
