NATURE ENERGY T appoints Tenzor as the new auditor

NATURE ENERGY T announced the replacement of its auditor due to a failure to reach an agreement with KPMG on audit fees. KPMG will resign effective October 15, 2025, and BDO Limited will take over from October 20, 2025, with a term ending at the conclusion of the 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders
According to the announcement from NATURE ENERGY T (01597), considering that the company and its auditor KPMG have failed to reach a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and that proposals from other suitable professional accounting firms are more competitive, in order to maintain good corporate governance and enhance auditor independence, the company proposes to change its auditor. Therefore, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 15, 2025.
Based on the recommendations of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint RSM Hong Kong as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by KPMG's resignation, effective from October 20, 2025, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in 2026
