The registered product is Morpholine Nitrazole Sodium Injection. This medication is a 5-nitroimidazole antibacterial drug, suitable for various adult infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease and suppurative appendicitis
According to the announcement from Jincheng Pharm (300233.SZ), its holding subsidiary Guangdong Jincheng Jinsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jincheng Jinsu") has received the drug registration certificate for Morpholine Nitrazole Sodium Injection issued by the National Medical Products Administration.
The announcement shows that Morpholine Nitrazole is a 5-nitroimidazole antibacterial drug. This product stabilizes its structure by replacing the unstable chloride ion in Ornidazole with a more stable Morpholine ring, resulting in a lower incidence of adverse reactions. This product is suitable for the following infections in adults (≥18 years) caused by sensitive bacteria: 1. Gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease (including endometritis, salpingitis, tubo-ovarian abscess, pelvic peritonitis, etc.) caused by bacteria such as Streptococcus anginosus, Bacteroides fragilis, Veillonella parvula, and Fusobacterium nucleatum; 2.
