Sunshine Circuits announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Runjiaxi, and the actual controller, Mr. Zhang Peike, signed a supplementary agreement, adjusting the number of shares to be transferred from 35.8 million shares to 53.69 million shares, with the transfer price adjusted from 12.9 yuan/share to 11.7 yuan/share, totaling 628 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, Mr. Zhang Peike will hold 24.71% of the company's shares, becoming the new controlling shareholder. This equity change does not involve reducing holdings in the market and does not trigger a tender offer
