According to the Zhuhai Zhumian Group (600185.SH) announcement, the company plans to transfer 100% equity of Zhuhai Gree Real Estate Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gree Real Estate") to Zhuhai Toujie Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Toujie Holdings"). This transaction is intended to be conducted in cash and does not involve the issuance of shares.
