QLPIPESINDUSTRY announced that from July 28, 2025, to October 20, 2025, the controlling shareholder Ningxia QLPIPESINDUSTRY Holdings Co., Ltd. and the actual controller Chen Jiaxing will collectively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 9.9074 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares, and 2.97% of the company's total share capital; among them, QLPIPESINDUSTRY Holdings reduced 4.8419 million shares, accounting for 1.47%, and Chen Jiaxing reduced 5.0655 million shares, accounting for 1.53%. The reduction plan has been completed, and their combined holdings have decreased to 88.4683 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 26.53%
