Winnovation Culturaltainment plans to acquire control of Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Winnovation Culturaltainment (000620.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Share Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Guangdong Changxing Information Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changxing Consulting") and Zhang Zhiqiang, intending to acquire 81.8091% equity of Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changxing Semiconductor") held by Changxing Consulting and Zhang Zhiqiang through cash payment. Upon completion of this transaction, the company is expected to achieve control over Changxing Semiconductor. Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is a high-tech enterprise focused on memory chip packaging testing and storage module manufacturing. Changxing Semiconductor has built an integrated operating model for R&D, packaging, and testing, possessing wafer testing and repair technology, and has 8-layer stacked Die packaging processes as well as BGA, SiP, CSP packaging technologies. The company can also produce consumer-grade NAND FLASH modules and DRAM memory modules.
