Silvery Dragon Prestressed Materials announced that the company has signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with CITIC BANK Cangzhou Branch, providing a joint liability guarantee of 50 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Baozelong's financing from the bank, without counter-guarantee. The company had previously approved a related proposal to provide financing guarantees for Baozelong not exceeding 300 million yuan, and this guarantee is within that limit. As of the announcement date, the company's total external guarantees amount to 489.5 million yuan, accounting for 19.83% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. As of June 30, 2025, Baozelong's total assets amount to 882.7608 million yuan, with a net profit of 57.7744 million yuan
