Celestial Asia plans to renew the lease for its office property in Kowloon, Hong Kong
CELESTIAL ASIA announced that Caisun Limited plans to renew the lease for its office property located in Kowloon Bay, with the lease to be signed on October 22, 2025. The existing lease will expire on December 14, 2025. The board believes that the property's prime location will help enhance business efficiency and save on renovation and relocation costs
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Celestial Asia (01049) announced that on October 22, 2025, Caisong Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) as the tenant entered into a renewal offer with WanTai Development (acting as the owner's agent) (an independent third party) regarding the renewal of the lease for the property located at 28th Floor, Manhattan Place, 23 Hongtai Road, Kowloon Bay for the purpose of the Group's office.
The Group has been leasing this property as its office, and the existing lease for the property will expire on December 14, 2025. When assessing the options for renewing the lease or leasing a new office, the directors believe that the property is located in the core area of the Kowloon Bay business district, which is well-developed and has consistently attracted industries such as finance, insurance, information technology, professional services, real estate, and others, significantly enhancing business efficiency. Additionally, maintaining the original site will save renovation costs and relocation expenses
