On October 21, 2025, SFX Group will release the pledge of 29.17 million shares pledged to China Everbright Bank Wuxi Branch, and on the same day, will re-pledge that portion of shares. After this release and re-pledge, SFX Group has a total of 1.749 billion pledged shares, accounting for 58.94% of its total shares in the company and 44.89% of the company's total share capital. The financing balances corresponding to the pledged shares of the controlling shareholder maturing in the next six months and one year are 100 million yuan and 804 million yuan, respectively.
