RED SUN: A wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Guoxing, will conduct shutdown inspections and maintenance on some of its facilities

RED SUN announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Guoxing plans to conduct inspection and maintenance on the pressure vessels and pressure pipelines of the Paraquat Workshop No. 1 starting from November 1, 2025, with an expected downtime of 25 days; it plans to conduct inspection and maintenance on the pressure vessels and pressure pipelines of the Paraquat Workshop No. 2 starting from December 1, 2025, with an expected downtime of 15 days. This inspection and maintenance will enhance equipment performance and operational quality, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production facilities, in line with the interests of the company and all shareholders
