Due to personal reasons, Zhang Rijiang applied to resign from the positions of Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary, and will continue to serve in the company after resigning from the above positions. Zhang Rijiang's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
