Suntak: Provides full credit guarantee for a credit line of 200 million yuan for its subsidiary

Suntak announced that, due to the daily production and operation needs of Dalian Suntak, on October 23, 2025, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Dalian Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, providing a full credit guarantee for its credit limit of 200 million yuan, with the guarantee method being joint liability guarantee. In April to May 2025, the company's relevant meetings have reviewed and approved a proposal to provide a guarantee limit of no more than 850 million yuan for Dalian Suntak. As of now, the company has approved an effective guarantee limit of 5.856 billion yuan, accounting for 81.65% of the most recent audited net assets attributable to the parent company; the actual guarantee obligation amount is 1.392 billion yuan, with no overdue guarantees or guarantee litigation matters
