YMK announced that it recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets by YMK Technology Group Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. This issuance of shares to specific targets is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the progress of this matter
