Sunshine Circuits: Received cash dividend of 50 million yuan from wholly-owned subsidiary
Sunshine Circuits announced that the company recently received a cash dividend of 50 million yuan from its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Sunshine Circuits Technology Co., Ltd. Jiujiang Sunshine's undistributed profits for 2024 amount to 164 million yuan, and it has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 50 million yuan. This dividend will increase the net profit of the parent company for the fiscal year 2025, but will not affect the consolidated net profit and overall operating performance of the company for the fiscal year 2025
