China Communications Construction Design announced that from April 23 to October 23, 2025, its controlling shareholder China Communications Construction's wholly-owned subsidiary CCCC Capital cumulatively increased its holdings in the company by 23,249,200 shares through centralized bidding, with an increase amount of 184 million yuan. After the increase, the total shareholding reached 45,891,800 shares, accounting for 2% of the total share capital. The equity change of the controlling shareholder China Communications Construction and its concerted parties reached an integer multiple of 1%, with the total shareholding ratio increasing from 57.01% to 58.02%.
