
CEB GREENTECH's subsidiary signs an excess municipal solid waste collaborative disposal agreement with Baoying Energy

CEB GREENTECH's wholly-owned subsidiary, Everbright Ecological Restoration, has signed a collaborative disposal agreement for excess municipal solid waste with Baoying Energy. According to the agreement, Baoying Energy will dispose of 48,000 tons of excess municipal solid waste through incineration, with an expected disposal of 25,000 tons and 23,000 tons in 2025 and 2026, respectively. The processing fee is 126.29 yuan per ton, with a total cost of approximately 6.0619 million yuan
According to the announcement from CEB GREENTECH (01257), on October 23, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Everbright Ecological Restoration, entered into a collaborative disposal agreement for excess municipal solid waste with Baoying Energy. Under the collaborative disposal agreement for excess municipal solid waste, Everbright Ecological Restoration has agreed to appoint Baoying Energy, and Baoying Energy has agreed to accept the appointment to dispose of the excess municipal solid waste generated by the project through incineration using Baoying Energy's facilities. It is expected that Baoying Energy will dispose of a total of 48,000 tons of excess municipal solid waste, with 25,000 tons to be disposed of for the year ending December 31, 2025, and 23,000 tons for the year ending December 31, 2026.
Baoying Energy will charge a processing fee of RMB 126.29 per ton for the disposal of the excess municipal solid waste. Based on the total amount of excess municipal solid waste being 48,000 tons, the cost that Everbright Ecological Restoration should pay to Baoying Energy under the collaborative disposal agreement is approximately RMB 6.0619 million
