CMST announced that it completed the repurchase and cancellation of 4,872,998 restricted shares on August 21, 2025. The relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures have been completed, and the company has obtained a new "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Beichen District, Tianjin, with the registered capital changed from 2.175 billion yuan to 2.170 billion yuan, and other matters remain unchanged
