MINDTELL TECH appoints Daniel Zhang as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative
MINDTELL TECH announced that Zhong Yibin has resigned as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, and will be transferred to Non-Executive Director, effective from October 24, 2025. Zhang Rongxuan will succeed him as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative. Ruan Junhui has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and member of various committees. Xiao Jianming and Xie Jinxiang have resigned from their respective positions due to personal matters
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that Mr. Zhong Yibin has resigned as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, and has been reassigned as a Non-Executive Director, and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board and Company Authorized Representative, effective from October 24, 2025.
On the same day, Executive Director Mr. Zhang Rongxuan will assume the roles of Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative. Mr. Ruan Junhui has been appointed as the Company’s Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Compensation Committee.
In addition, due to Mr. Xiao Jianming's intention to devote more time to other personal matters, he has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee and Nomination Committee; due to Mr. Xie Jinxiang's intention to devote more time to other personal matters, he has resigned as Non-Executive Director
