RIZHAO PORT JR's controlling shareholder increased holdings by 44 million shares at an average price of 0.798 yuan

RIZHAO PORT JR (06117.HK) announced that, to date, its controlling shareholder RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. has acquired 44 million H shares of the company through block trades in the open market, with an average price of HKD 0.798 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 35.11 million. After the increase, RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. holds a total of 884 million shares, accounting for 53.25% of the company's total share capital
