The EUV photoresist standard is proposed for project initiation, with a list of leading photoresist concept stocks based on the number of research institutions surveyed this year

The website of the National Standardization Administration shows that China's first EUV photoresist standard - "Testing Methods for Extreme Ultraviolet Photoresist" - is proposed as a standard project, which began public consultation on October 23 and will end on November 22. As China's first EUV photoresist standard, it has significant practical implications. The formulation of this standard will not only fill the gap in domestic technical standards in this field but will also provide an objective benchmark for the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign EUV photoresists by establishing a unified testing method system. In the A-share market, there are more than 20 concept stocks related to photoresists. As of October 26, six companies have released their third-quarter report data, all showing positive performance. In terms of the number of research institutions, 11 concept stocks have been investigated by 13 or more institutions this year, with stocks such as PhiChem, KUANGSHUN MATERIAL, BaYi Shikong, and Aisen Co., Ltd. leading in the number of research institutions
