HIGHLY announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Electric Holding Group Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 10.7334 million shares through centralized bidding from September 30, 2025, to October 27, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with its shareholding ratio decreasing from 26.41% to 25.41%; its combined shareholding ratio with the concerted party, Shanghai Electric Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd., decreased from 28.96% to 27.96%. The reduction plan has been completed
