NUR HOLDINGS announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Century Chuanglian has signed a joint venture agreement with Huihua Culture and Asia Pacific Investment, planning to invest 100 million yuan to establish a joint venture company, focusing on cultural tourism, health, consumer goods, health products, and new energy sectors. Century Chuanglian will invest 35 million yuan, accounting for 35%; Huihua Culture will invest 45 million yuan, accounting for 45%; Asia Pacific Investment will invest 20 million yuan, accounting for 20%. The management believes that diversification is a key strategy for risk reduction, and the joint venture model will help the company enter new industries with lower risks and quickly establish market positions
