HNDI: Plans to transfer equity and investment of the project company to related parties for 20.9968 million yuan

HNDI announced that the company plans to transfer its equity and investments in LuHua Company, JiaoYuan Company, and NanDeng Company to the related party, Jiaotou Group, at the original investment amount, with a total transaction amount of approximately 20.9968 million yuan. Jiaotou Group is a shareholder holding about 12.69% of the company. This transfer is due to the completion of the project, and the company is exiting as agreed.
