SINOJIT Technology announced that the company intends to purchase a total of 2.39 billion yuan in cash for: 48.9096% equity of Jiangsu Xinneng Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held by Wuxi Zongmeng Investment Co., Ltd.; and 8.5435% equity of Xinneng Bearing held by Huajie. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of Xinneng Bearing
