Anjie Technology: Suzhou Jiliang acquired 4.5196% equity of Anjieli Mewei for 364 million yuan
Anjie announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Jiliang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 4.5196% equity of Anjieli Mewei Electronics Co., Ltd. through public transfer, with a corresponding public transfer base price of 364 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Suzhou Jiliang will hold a total of 5.5196% equity in Anjieli Mewei. The funding for this transaction will come from self-raised funds and will not affect the normal operation of the company's existing main business, nor will it have a significant adverse impact on the company's ongoing ability, financial condition, or operating results
