TIANMAI: Plans to invest 600 million yuan to build an intelligent manufacturing project

Suzhou Tianmai announced that the company will hold the 14th meeting of the third board of directors on October 27, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for the investment and construction of the "Suzhou Tianmai Thermal Conductive Heat Dissipation Products Intelligent Manufacturing Luozhi Base Construction Project." The total planned investment for the project will not exceed 600 million yuan, utilizing the existing factory located at No. 68 Huikai Road, Luozhi Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, with an expected additional annual production capacity of 18 million PCS of high-end uniform temperature plates. The funding sources for the project include self-owned funds, bank loans, or other financing methods. The construction, production, and operation of the project will take some time, and it is expected that there will be no significant impact on the company's operating performance for the year 2025 in the short term
