Hoperun Software announced that the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 has been approved by the board of directors and will be submitted to the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 for review. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first three quarters of 2025 is 78.5726 million yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.70 yuan per share to all shareholders based on the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares, with no bonus shares or stock splits. As of the announcement date, the repurchase special account holds 6.8797 million shares, and the expected cash dividend is 55.2672 million yuan, accounting for 70.34% of the net profit. In addition, the company has previously used 398.1633 million yuan from the capital reserve to offset the cumulative losses of the parent company
