The company holds a 49% equity stake in Dasheng Graphite, and due to the underperformance of Dasheng Graphite, it plans to publicly transfer this equity through a provincial-level or higher property trading institution. The listing price will not be lower than the assessed value, and the final transaction price will be based on the results of the public bidding in the property market.
