WG Tech: Application for the issuance of A-shares to specific objects in 2025 has been accepted

WG Tech announced that on October 29, 2025, it received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Jiangxi WG Tech Group Co., Ltd. for listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and believes that the application documents are complete and comply with legal forms, thus deciding to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. The company's issuance of A-shares to specific targets still needs to be reviewed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and obtain the approval decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
