EV-Tech announced that Director and Deputy General Manager Ni Bin holds 1.1801 million shares, accounting for 0.76% of the company's total share capital; Director Zhang Jiming holds 1.1801 million shares, also accounting for 0.76%; Deputy General Managers Chen Yu and Zhang Yao each hold 1.1801 million shares, both accounting for 0.76%. Due to personal funding needs, the four individuals plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 295,000 shares, representing a reduction ratio of 0.19%, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting 15 trading days after the disclosure. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices and will not be lower than the issue price
