HXSS: Plans to change the use of 9,997,700 repurchased shares and cancel them
HXSS announced that the company plans to change the use of the repurchased shares stored in the special securities account for share repurchase from "for employee stock ownership plan" to "for cancellation and reduction of registered capital." The total number of shares for this change of use and cancellation is 9.9977 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.42% of the company's current total share capital. The company completed the repurchase on December 21, 2022, having actually repurchased 9.9977 million shares with a total amount of funds used of 36.4776 million yuan
