Center Int: Plans to sign a total EPC contract for a 543 million yuan solar storage charging project
Center Int announced that the company and Center Huitong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. intend to sign the EPC general contracting agreement for the 150MWp solar storage charging project of Ordos City Lianchuang Coal Co., Ltd., with a total contract amount of RMB 543 million. Center Huitong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Center Huitong jointly established by the company and State Energy Huitong. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. This related party transaction has been reviewed and approved by the sixth meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval
