According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Baosteel Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xue Jianguo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The business scope includes steel and iron smelting, steel rolling processing, and goods import and export. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Baosteel Pipe Industry Technology Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel
